It was late March 2015, and although Spring was on its way, a late snowfall the day beforeleft us with just a hint of snow still on the ground for this family's portrait session. So, we moved our location from a nearby park to the urban downtown area in the heart of Westfield, NJ. I love the area near the train station with the traditional hooked lamp posts and concrete wall. The chilly air and remains from Winter provided the perfect haze and fog in the backdrop of our session. This area reminds me of the location near the train station in Matthews, NC.
